Word

Sometimes I lay down to go to bed and lots of thoughts run through my mind. The Lord speaks to me because finally I am silent! The other night I got this from Him, I I felt led to share it.

In threes

I have a Savior, King, and friend who is a Healer, Redeemer, and Restorer. I put Him in boxes made of glass, wood, and steel. I am a doubter, judge, and resister. I say "He can't do that", "He doesn't care about this", and my favorite "I can handle this".
He is Patient, Faithful, and Gracious. Every time He melts the glass to sand, burns the wood to ash, and blast the steel into a billion pieces. He says "I can do this", "I care about that", and "You need My help"
I love Him, I love Him, I love Him, because He loves me, He died for me, and He lives for me!
He love you, He died for you, and He lives for you!

Words from The Lord to Michelle Annat! Hope this blesses you as much as it blesses me.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken bites

I love appetizers! I love Bacon. I love BBQ sauce!!! I made these a few weeks ago for our home group, they are amazing! Fun thing about them is that you can change the flavor up by using different kids of BBQ sauce and different kinds of bacon!!!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
-8 pieces of bacon
-BBQ sauce (your choice)
-toothpicks

-Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces, set aside. Cut each bacon strip into 3 pieces, then wrap around chicken and stick a toothpick into it to keep it from unwrapping. Set them into a baking dish and the pour enough sauce in to cover them. Cook at 350 until cooked through, about 30 minutes.

-I had these awesome cocktail swords that my Grandpa gave me and so I replaced the tooth picks after cooking to add some flare!!

Makes around 24 pieces.

Monthly Pictures

Every year I make Photo books for the Grandparents for Christmas(don't worry Mom, I am going to mail yours Thursday!)so they can have pictures of the Grandkids because they don't see them much! This year I was having a hard time finding pictures from each month, and it made me promise myself that I would take photos every month of my kids in 2013. I came up with an idea to decorate my mantel in monthly color schemes to make a mini photo booth of sorts! I am very excited about this and I think I have a friend interested in doing it with me! I am making a banner every month for the mantel anyways, so this will just be an added bonus for that!

Here is the color scheme for January!
I welcome you to try this too! If you like to make calendars it will work perfectly. I am taking the pictures on Wednesday, so I will post them and let you know how it turns out!

A little change and Titus' 4th birthday!

Okay, my family left Facebook! So in order to easily share photos, stories, and updates for my non Facebook friends and family, I am updating my blog. It will still have crafty stuff, but it will mostly be about the Annat family life! Just thought I would throw the disclaimer in there if anyone still follows me from the craft only days!

That was the change, now onto Titus' 4th birthday!

He loves Ninja Turtles, and the powers that be have not caught up with the times, so no Ninja Turtle party supplies! So the the dollar tree I went, I found purple, blue, orange, and red table cloths, plates, and cups! A few serving dishes too! I then printed out and cut out A LOT of turtles, letters, and triangles to make the banner and the cup cake toppers! His favorite turtle is Leonardo, so his personal mini cake had him on it!
He told me who he wanted to invite, and it was really fun for him to help me make the list! We had personal pizzas for the kids to pick their own toppings, and I made OOZE with Sierra Mist and sherbet!

We had so much fun celebrating with everyone!!

These are a few New Years Eve Pictures!

Some of the pictures were blurry because my camera is old, so I super duper edited them!
